One-on-One Personal Training
Just like it sounds, you will have very attentive training sessions all to yourself
Single Session: $100/one hour, $60/half hour
Ongoing Training: $90/one hour session, $55/half hour session
Train with a friend, your significant other or a family member and save!
Single session: $140/one hour, $70/pp
Ongoing training $120/one hour session, $60/pp
Small Group Training
Got a group of 4-6 people who want to train together? Let’s do it!
$35/pp for one hour
If you’re feeling stuck, unfulfilled, or distracted book a clarity call with me so that you can move forward. A healthy mindset is crucial in your success in the gym
$125/one hour session, $75/half hour session
*It is recommended that all new clients do a life coaching session when starting out with their fitness journey. This will allow you to let go of subconscious blocks, discuss your current habits and make a plan to shift into healthier habits, find clarity and purpose, and get your head in the game
Need guidance with exercise programming? Whether you’re a beginner or looking for an advanced DUP strength training program, I will provide you with an online program, video references and a 30 minute call for motivation and accountability
