Pre/Post Natal Fitness

Exercise during pregnancy can reduce the risk of developing gestational diabetes, high blood pressure and preeclampsia by 40% and pre natal depression by 25%. Giving birth is also the most demanding work out of your life so getting coached by a compassionate specialist prior is of the utmost importance! After giving birth exercise will assist with recovery, improve mental wellbeing, reduce stress and boost energy.

Ongoing training:

  • One-on-one: $90/one hour, $55/half hour.

  • Partner: $120/one hour, $75/half hour.

One offs:

  • One-on-one: $100/one hour, $60/half hour.

  • Partner: $130/one hour $80/half hour
