 Functional Movement & Strength Training

Building strength starts with moving well. Corrective exercise will help you address underlying mobility, stability and motor control issues, which aids in injury prevention and leads to more advanced training.

Alicia is well versed in many methods of strength training including powerlifting, bodybuilding, kettle bell training, and calisthenics.

  • One-on-one: $90/one hour, $55/half hour.

  • Partner: $120/one hour, $75/half hour.

One offs:

 Pre/Post Natal Fitness

Alicia loves supporting women who are bringing life into the world. Exercise during pregnancy can reduce the risk of developing gestational diabetes, high blood pressure and preeclampsia by 40% and pre natal depression by 25%. Giving birth is also the most demanding work out of your life so getting coached by a compassionate specialist prior is of the utmost importance! After giving birth exercise will assist with recovery, improve mental wellbeing, reduce stress and boost energy.

 Life Coaching

Health and fitness is not solely limited to what we do in the gym. If you are feeling stuck, lacking motivation, battling poor self/body image, or struggling to develop and commit to healthy habits, Alicia is here to help. Life Coaching sessions are held over Zoom conference calling or FaceTime.

  • One hour session: $125

  • Half hour session: $75

  • 4 week intensive coaching package with weekly one hour call and weekly email session: $700/4 weeks (12 week upfront commitment receives 10% discount, 24 week upfront commitment receives 15% discount)


 Online Programming

Get your own custom made online program complete with video references. Choose to get a program on its own or a program and accountability calls!

  • One Time Program: $150

  • Ongoing Programming (4 week cycles): Program only: $100/4 weeks

  • Program plus biweekly half hour calls $200/4 weeks

  • Program plus weekly half hour calls $300/weeks


Eating Disorder Recovery

Exercise is part of a healthy lifestyle, however it can be triggering for those who have battled food and their bodies. Alicia is recovered from orthorexia and anorexia, and she supports those who are cleared to exercise in their own recoveries. Alicia says the biggest mistake she made in recovery regarding fitness was getting back into the gym without doing corrective exercise first. She learned from her own mistakes and expanded her knowledge as a fitness professional. Alicia’s interpersonal experience recovering from an eating disorder combined with her knowledge of corrective exercise and life coaching makes her the ideal personal trainer for those who are ready to incorporate exercise into their lives healthily in recovery and beyond.
